Within Here We Create The Future, we have worked together with Weekendschool Súdwest-Fryslân and our European partners on further developing the weekend school approach and making it internationally applicable.
The result: five new weekend schools, international learning activities for young people and professionals, and practical tools that can also be used by other organizations.
For Learning Hub, this is a wonderful recognition of what international collaboration can achieve: bringing partners, ideas, and expertise together and developing something jointly that continues to exist and grow even after the completion of a project.
Many thanks to all partners who made this possible:
• Weekendschool Súdwest-Fryslân, the Netherlands
• Learning Hub Friesland, the Netherlands
• Bornova District Directorate of National Education, Turkey
• Çatalca District Directorate of National Education, Turkey
• Comitato d’Intesa, Italy
• Fam Y Lias, Spain
• Red Internacional B-Live, Spain.
The fact that the weekend schools are continuing and that new organizations are also showing interest in the approach makes this award even more valuable to us.
đź“… On October 28, we will officially receive the award during the Erasmus+ Annual Event in Zeist.
