Two weeks ago, our team had the incredible opportunity to participate in the NESSIE Project EU meeting held in Ameland! 🌊📚 NESSIE, which stands for New Energy Skills for Social Inclusion and Empowerment, is dedicated to enhancing our workforce and knowledge transfer through innovative approaches. This includes dynamic recruitment campaigns and the development of new educational modules inspired by global best practices.
What excites us the most is our involvement in crafting innovative curricula, such as Short Advanced Courses tailored for vocational education. These courses are designed to accelerate learning in renewable energy fields, offering not only enticing educational opportunities for students but also serving as models that can be easily replicated elsewhere. This initiative aims to attract more students to the vibrant field of renewable energy, contributing to its growth and sustainability in the long term. 😁
