Get Ready for the Music Industry!

StagePass is an opportunity for young people to become more creative through networking with other like-minded students with an interest in music from across Europe.

StagePass will give young people aged 16-18 the opportunity to pursue their musical goals and get access to industry skills and real-life opportunities. Using digital platforms and connections and building capacity and the “virtual” infrastructure as a digital readiness element. StagePass will be a space where they will participate, grow their confidence, and share in intercultural learning. StagePass will be student-led from the start., so the students will shape the way the programme develops.

How does it work?

Throughout the programme, StagePass participants will get access to workshops led by renowned industry experts, such as music creation, recording and performance workshops. These workshops will push the participants’ creative talents to the maximum and hone their creativity, grow and polish their skill set so they can connect, record, play, and perform together.

Participants will develop musicianship, form bands, jam, create and perform with like-minded young individuals and get a kick-start into the music industry.

Participants will also get the chance to perform at a local mini-event and well-known festivals in the Netherlands and Northern Irelands through the #5Tunes5Countries.

Participants will have their music developed, practiced, performed, produced, and aired online across various channels. This will be supported nu a series of masterclasses delivered by the industry experts in areas such as music production, sound, and song writing.

StagePass will establish virtual networks and collaboration models to stimulate intercultural engagement and encourage creative mindsets between participants as well as facilitators. When Covid-19 permits, a team of educators and learners will travel to partner countries to promote learning opportunities in creative spaces and events, this will include creative residencies for musicians, producers, and influencers. StagePass will be using digital ways of creating, managing, and delivering creative products and events.
